I recently used their services to file my taxes, and overall it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. Additionally, I wasn't completely satisfied with the results of my tax filing. There were a few errors that needed to be corrected, which caused some unnecessary stress. On the positive side, their pricing was reasonable and competitive compared to other tax preparation services. If they improve their customer service and accuracy, it could enhance the overall customer experience.
