My experience with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leavenworth Properties was disappointing. The website, leavenworthproperties.com, was difficult to navigate and lacked important information about the properties. The agents were unresponsive, and when I did receive a response, it felt automated and impersonal. I did not feel valued as a customer, and I would not recommend their services.
