Overall, my experience with Interior Health Authority has been average. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable, but there have been a few instances where I felt like I wasn't receiving the best care. The website is informative and easy to navigate, but it could use some updates to improve user experience. The wait times at some of the clinics can be quite long, which can be frustrating. However, I appreciate the effort that the organization puts into providing quality healthcare to the community.
