I recently bought some fasteners from this company's website and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and place an order, but the shipping took longer than expected. The quality of the fasteners was decent, but not outstanding. I had to contact customer service for a small issue with my order and they were prompt in resolving it, which was a plus. However, the overall customer service experience was lacking, as the representative seemed disinterested and didn't provide much assistance. The prices were reasonable, but not the best I've seen. Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but there are definitely areas that could be improved upon.
