I've been taking dance and yoga classes for years, but Danceyoga takes it to a whole new level. The classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors are always supportive. I love how they mix up the routines and keep things interesting. The studio has a positive energy and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I can't recommend Danceyoga enough!
