We decided to try out Sheridan In-Home Care for my elderly aunt, and while the caregivers have been attentive, there have been some areas that could use improvement. The scheduling has been a bit inflexible at times, and there were a few minor issues that needed addressing. However, the caregivers were kind and provided the necessary support to my aunt. Overall, their service meets the basic requirements, but there is room for improvement.
