I recently had the opportunity to engage with this company for their fund services and I must say, their website is quite appealing and easy to navigate. It provides a comprehensive overview of their services and processes, which helped me understand their offerings better. However, I found their customer support to be average. While they were responsive and tried to address my queries, I felt there was still room for improvement in terms of their knowledge and expertise. Additionally, the overall experience felt a bit lacking in terms of personalization and attention to detail. The company seems to have the potential to provide excellent services, but they currently fall in the average range.
