I've been a regular at Pilates HQ for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are highly skilled and create a motivating environment. The studio is always clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. I've seen significant improvements in my strength and flexibility since starting Pilates. Give Pilates HQ a try!
