I recently took my car to this Auto Body shop for some repairs. Overall, the service was average. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, and the website was helpful in providing information about their services. However, the communication during the repair process could have been better. It took longer than expected for them to complete the repairs, and I felt like I had to constantly follow up for updates. Additionally, the cost of the repairs was a bit higher than I anticipated. On the positive side, the quality of the work done on my car was satisfactory, and they did a decent job in restoring its appearance. I would recommend them if you're looking for an average-level service, but improvements in communication and pricing transparency would definitely enhance the customer experience. 🚗💭
