I have been practicing meditation for a few years, and Long beach meditation is by far one of the best places I've attended. The instructors are skilled and create a calming environment for meditation practice. The sessions are well-structured and offer a variety of techniques to choose from. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
