I have been using the extensions from otrsaddons.com for a while now, and while the overall experience has been satisfactory, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The extensions themselves work well and have improved the functionality of our ((otrs)) system. However, there were a couple of compatibility issues that required some troubleshooting. The support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it did cause a slight delay in our implementation process.
