I've been practicing yoga for years and Yoga Sol is by far the best yoga studio I've ever been to. The instructors are extremely skilled and attentive, providing helpful adjustments and modifications throughout the classes. The studio itself is well-designed and spacious, with a calming atmosphere. The variety of classes offered ensures there is always something new to explore and challenge myself with. Yoga Sol has truly elevated my practice and I would highly recommend it to anyone in Minneapolis.
