As a customer of the mobile fleet service, I found the convenience of having maintenance done on-site to be quite helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, completing the necessary repairs without causing disruption to our operations. However, I felt that the communication regarding the timeline for service could have been improved, as there were a few instances where the schedule was not adhered to, causing some inconvenience. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, there were a few minor issues that needed to be revisited.
