Sheridan In-Home Care has been providing care to my mother for a few months now. While the service has been adequate, there have been a few areas that could be improved. The caregivers have been responsive to my mother's needs, but there were a few instances where the scheduling was not as flexible as we had hoped. However, the care provided has been satisfactory, and we appreciate the efforts of the team.
