I recently came across this company while searching for a reliable solution to manage my patient records. I must say, their website looks clean and professional, and it was easy to navigate. The features they offer seemed promising, promising seamless integration with existing systems. However, after using their product, I found it to be quite average. While it did offer basic functionalities for record management, it lacked some of the advanced features that I was looking for. The user interface was a bit outdated, and I found it confusing at times. The customer support was average, not excellent, but they did respond to my queries in a timely manner. Overall, I would consider this company as an average choice for managing patient records, but I believe there might be better options available in the market.
