I recently worked with a realtor who was not associated with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. While they were decent, I felt like they lacked the expertise and dedication that I was looking for. If I had to do it again, I would definitely choose an agent from the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
