I recently used the services of this company and found them to be average in their performance. The caregivers were generally polite and helpful, but the overall level of professionalism was lacking at times. I also encountered some issues with scheduling and communication, which was somewhat frustrating. On the positive side, they did offer a variety of services and were reasonably priced. The website was easy to navigate and provided some useful information. However, I feel that there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and consistency. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see some improvements in the future.
