I recently used this courier service for an important delivery and had a fairly average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. Placing the order was simple and the pickup was done on time. However, there were some minor hiccups during transit which caused a day's delay in the delivery. The customer service was responsive and helped resolve the issue promptly, which was a plus point. The package arrived in good condition, but I felt that the packaging could have been more secure. Overall, it was an average experience, neither exceptional nor disappointing. I would consider using them again for less time-sensitive deliveries, but may explore other options for urgent shipments in the future.
