I recently purchased some cosmetics from this company and I have to say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the product quality to be just okay. The packaging was nice, but the actual performance of the products was not outstanding. The prices were also a bit on the higher side compared to similar brands I have tried before. The customer service was responsive, but it took a while to get a resolution for a minor issue I had with my order. Overall, I feel that this company has potential, but there are definitely areas for improvement. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I will stick to my usual favorite brands.
