I recently purchased glass insurance from a reputable company. Their rates were competitive and the coverage seemed sufficient. Unfortunately, I had a broken glass incident and needed to file a claim. The experience with the company was frustrating. The website was not user-friendly, and the claim process was lengthy and confusing. Their customer support was unhelpful and I had to follow up numerous times to get any update on my claim. I would not recommend this company for glass insurance.
