I recently worked with this design company for a product development project. The website is well-organized and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate. However, I found the design process to be somewhat generic and lacking in personalized attention to my specific needs. The initial concept presented to me was not very innovative, and I had to request several revisions before we reached a satisfactory design. The communication with the team was adequate but could have been more proactive. On a positive note, the final product was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, a decent experience but I was hoping for more creativity and a smoother collaboration process. 🤔
