Open Wings Sanctuary is a sanctuary near my house that I came across a few months ago. I was amazed by the amount of care they provide to the injured birds. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and always ready to answer any questions. The sanctuary itself is well-maintained and clean. It's a great place to spend an afternoon observing and learning about different bird species.
