I had an average experience with Im center - aiim russian chapter. The website im-centr.ru is nicely designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. I expected more from a company that claims to be an expert in AIIM.
