I recently engaged with a product development company that was able to provide me with some helpful insights and initial concepts. The team was professional and responsive, and they were able to deliver the results on time. However, I found the overall communication and transparency to be lacking at times. Additionally, the pricing structure seemed a bit confusing, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear understanding. While the company did provide some value, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and pricing clarity. Nonetheless, I appreciate the effort put into the project and the willingness to make adjustments based on my feedback.
