I had an average experience with Polytech'grenoble. The company website, polytech-grenoble.fr, was easy to navigate and find information on. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is certainly room for improvement.
