Algo media is an average company. The overall experience was not great, but it wasn't terrible either. The customer service needs improvement. They took a little longer than expected to respond to my queries. The team was helpful, but communication could be better. The website design is good, but could use some improvement in terms of usability. Overall, I would rate them as average.
