The overall experience with Komerční banka slovakia has been pretty average. The customer service is ok and the online banking platform is easy to use. However, I feel like their rates and fees are a bit on the higher side compared to other banks. The application process for a loan was also a little tedious and took longer than expected. Overall, I would say they are just an average bank.
