I recently used Vista Air Services for my international trip, and overall, I had an average experience. The booking process on their website was smooth, and the prices were reasonable. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some concerns about my flight details, and it took quite a while to get in touch with a representative. Additionally, the response I received was not very helpful and left me feeling frustrated. On the day of my departure, the check-in process at the airport was slow and inefficient. The flight itself was average, with no major complaints, but nothing exceptional either. The in-flight amenities were basic, and the staff seemed polite but not particularly friendly. Overall, Vista Air Services provided a decent service, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of customer support and efficiency.
