The company's website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be mediocre. I had some queries which took quite a long time to be addressed, and the responses were generic and didn't fully answer my questions. Moreover, I had some issues with the payment process as their system seemed a bit outdated and resulted in multiple errors. This caused unnecessary frustration and delays in getting the service I needed. On a positive note, the quality of their service was satisfactory and fulfilled my requirements. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I would suggest they improve their customer support and update their payment system for a smoother and more efficient experience.
