😊 My experience with the Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania/South Jersey has been fairly average. While they offer a good range of programs and services, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness. I have found some staff members to be helpful and friendly, but others seemed disinterested. Nonetheless, I appreciate the organization's commitment to its mission and the positive impact it has had in the community. With some improvements, they have the potential to be even better. 😊
