The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services, which was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about their own services. Additionally, the wait time was longer than anticipated, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the quality of the imaging itself was satisfactory, and the technician was friendly. I appreciate the convenience of online appointment booking, but I believe there is room for improvement in the overall customer experience. With a little more attention to detail and better communication, 💓🔍 could easily enhance their services and provide a better overall experience for their customers.
