I joined this gym a few weeks ago and I have been thrilled with my experience so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a great variety of equipment to choose from. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and I feel comfortable working out here. The group exercise classes are challenging and fun, and the instructors do a great job of motivating and pushing you to reach your goals. I would highly recommend the Jefferson City Area YMCA to anyone looking for a fantastic fitness center.
