I recently used this company's services to install flooring in my home. While the quality of the materials and installation was satisfactory, I found the customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get clear communication about the timeline and scheduling, and I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit higher than competitors for similar products. Overall, the end result was decent, but the experience could have been improved with better communication and more competitive pricing.
