I recently had the opportunity to visit a physical therapy clinic and found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to book an appointment without any hassle. However, the service itself was not outstanding. The staff was friendly but lacked the expertise and attention to detail that I was expecting. The therapy sessions felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my specific needs were fully understood or addressed. 🙄 Additionally, the facility could use some updates - it felt a bit outdated and cramped. 💼💆‍♀️ Overall, while the company may have good intentions, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the service provided. 🏋️‍♀️🏢
