I recently had the chance to experience the services provided by this outdoor company and my overall impression was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about the activities offered. The customer service was decent, but I felt that the staff lacked enthusiasm and could have been more attentive to the customers' needs. The booking process was smooth, although I did encounter a slight delay in receiving confirmation. The actual outdoor activity I participated in was enjoyable, but I didn't find it particularly exceptional compared to other similar companies I have tried in the past. The equipment provided was in good condition and the guide was knowledgeable, but I didn't feel that extra level of excitement or innovation that sets a company apart. Overall, it was an average experience that did not leave a lasting impression.
