I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now. I must say that their services are average at best. The website is user-friendly, but their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, it's usually not very helpful. I had a few issues with their services, and they were not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I'm not impressed.
