The service provided by New case scenario has been nothing short of average. While their website is user-friendly and navigation is easy, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I expected more from a company with such a reputation. Hopefully, they improve their customer service in the future.
