I recently utilized the services of this design agency, and while the website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, my overall experience was average. The staff was friendly, but I felt that the communication could have been clearer and more consistent throughout the project. The final product was decent, but it did not entirely meet the expectations I had based on their portfolio. I appreciated their creativity and attention to detail, but there seemed to be a lack of originality in the concepts presented. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I believe there is potential for improvement in terms of project management and delivering more innovative solutions.
