From the past few months, I have been dealing with Central Hawkes Bay District Council for various matters. In terms of service, the experience has been mixed. The website chbdc.govt.nz is well-designed, but it lacks certain functionalities. The customer support could be more proactive and knowledgeable. Overall, there is room for improvement.
