I recently had an experience with a certain company and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The website, which I won't name, had a confusing layout and it was difficult to find the information I needed. The customer service was not much better either. I was left waiting for a long time before someone finally responded to my query, and even then, the response was not very helpful. I expected better service for the price I paid.
