The Whitsunday Regional Council website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the services they offer. However, I found their responsiveness to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiry, and even then, the reply was not very helpful. I also noticed that some of the information on the website was outdated, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the website did provide some useful resources and updates on local events, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience with the Whitsunday Regional Council was just average. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service and keeping their website up to date.
