I recently stayed at Pt Bintan Lagoon Resort and I must say it was an average experience. The staff were polite and helpful, but the overall quality of the facilities and amenities was lacking. The rooms were clean but outdated, and the food at the restaurant was mediocre. I expected more from such a renowned resort. However, the beach was beautiful and the view from the room was breathtaking. Overall, it was an average stay.
