I have been working at my current employer for a while now. The workplace is diverse, and I appreciate the efforts they put into fostering an inclusive environment. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of employee engagement and communication. The company should focus more on recognizing and rewarding employees' efforts. Overall, it's a good company to work for, but there is still work to be done.
