I had an amazing experience at Novi spa hotels & resort. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top-notch. The spa treatments were incredibly relaxing, and I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The only small issue I had was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit weak, but other than that, it was a perfect stay!
