I recently worked with this firm on a project and while the team was professional and courteous, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times. The design concepts and ideas presented were good, but I would have appreciated more involvement and creative input from the team. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, and the final result met the basic requirements, but I feel that there was potential for a more innovative and daring approach. Overall, the experience was average, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of engaging clients more deeply in the creative process and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project.
