During my recent visit to Port Chambly L'Hotel Le Village, I had a mixed experience. The customer service was great, but I found the facilities to be lacking. The rooms were clean, but the amenities could use some improvement. Overall, it was an average stay but I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
