I recently used an electrician from Werkheiser Electric and I must say, the service was average at best. While the company's website boasts about their expertise and professionalism, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The electrician arrived on time which was a plus, but the quality of their work left much to be desired. They installed a ceiling fan for me, but it ended up making strange noises and stopped working within a few weeks. The customer service was also disappointing, as it took multiple attempts to get a response to my queries and concerns. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other electricians in the area. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They delivered on some aspects, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of quality of work and customer service.
