I recently started boxing at Contenders and it has been a wonderful experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and create a positive learning environment. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable. I feel stronger and more confident with each session. The facility is clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend Contenders boxing to anyone interested in boxing or looking for a great workout.
