I recently hired a social media marketing company to boost my online presence for my small business. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was just average. While they were responsive to my inquiries and delivered the promised services, I felt that the creativity and innovation in their strategies were lacking. The content they produced for my social media platforms was decent, but it didn't quite capture the attention of my target audience as I had hoped.
