As a long-time customer of Macspeech, inc., I must say that their products have been average at best. While they generally get the job done, there are often small bugs and user interface issues that can be frustrating. I have also encountered compatibility problems with certain applications. However, their customer support team is always helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries or issues I have. Overall, I would rate Macspeech, inc. as average.
